Prophet Shoaib's shrine

Prophet Shoaib's shrine is a religious shrine west of Tiberias, in the Lower Galilee, containing the purported tomb of Prophet Shuayb. The tomb of the Prophet Shuaib, has been a site of annual pilgrimage , with its first mention in historical sources dating back to the 12th century CE. The complex hosting the tomb is the most important religious site. The grounds are beautiful, as are the views looking west. You can sit outside and bask in the views. There is a really nice lime tree situated in the center courtyard outside. There are two rooms for both sexes to pray in the mosque, as well as clean facilities to perform Wudu. If you do not intend to enter the mosque, you can go into the shrine and take photos. The caretaker will provide women with a veil or covering for their heads and shoulders. Visiting religious shrines can be a meaningful experience for those who attach religious and cultural significance to the figure being honored.
