Arrival at Q.A.I Airport - Amman overnight
Our representative welcomes you at Queen Alia International Airport and assists you through the formalities of immigration and customs. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Amman, where you will spend the night.
Amman - Jerash - Anjara - Tel Mar Elias - Amman overnight
After breakfast, you will be heading to Jerash, where you will immerse yourself in the remains of the ancient Roman Empire, Jerash or Jarash, is one of the worlds best-preserved ancient Roman sites. Once known as Gerasa, Jerash is believed to have been inhabited since the Neolithic Era. However, it is the impressive Roman city built in Jerash which has left its greatest mark on the area, becoming Jordans second most popular tourist site, then you will be driven to Anjara to visit the shrine of the Church of lady of the mountain, where virgin Mary and Jesus had rested during a journey, then continue to Tel Mar Elias church, where prophet Elijah born and live and also you will visit the Byzantine church place where Prophet Elijah ascended to heaven chariot of fire, and then you will be transferred to the hotel in Amman where you will spend the night.
Amman - Madaba - Mt. Nebo - Mukawer - Um Rasas - Petra Overnight
After breakfast, you will be transferred to visit Madaba, the « City of Mosaics”, and its “Church of the Map” (Mass could be arranged upon request at one of churches). You will continue along in same route to Mount Nebo, where Moses spent his last moments before dying. You can imagine yourself at his place, observing the Promised Land. Continue to Mukawer, which is known in biblical times as Machaerus, where had been a great palace where Herod Antipas imprisoned and killed John the Baptist. Continue to reach the hilltop over a path where you can still see towers, walls and baths. Proceed to Umm Rasas The site has been allied to the biblical settlement of Mephaat mentioned in the Book of Jeremiah. The Roman military utilized the site as a strategic garrison. Then, back to the hotel in Petra where you will spend the night.
Petra full day - Dead Sea overnight
After breakfast at the hotel, you will spend the whole day in Petra, renowned as the most exceptional site in Jordan. Petra is a famous archaeological site in Jordan's southwestern desert., it was the capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. Accessed via a narrow canyon called Al Siq, it contains tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, earning its nickname, the Rose City. Perhaps its most famous structure is 45m-high Al Khazneh, a temple with an ornate, Greek-style facade, and known as The Treasury. This ancient city is the legacy of the Nabateans, an Arab people who settled in Jordan over 2000 years ago. Today it is one of the 7 Wonders of the World. There, you will admire the Khazneh, also called The Treasury. Later, you will be driven to the lowest point on earth The Dead Sea for overnight at the hotel.
Dead Sea - Baptism site - Amman overnight
After breakfast, The Dead Sea is the lowest point on Earth, you will be able to cover yourself with the refreshing black mud unique to the Dead Sea and let the salty water carry you away. Enjoy the amazing buoyancy effect! Later, he proceeded to visit the site of Bethany beyond the Jordan River, where Jesus was baptized (baptismal ceremonies can be arranged upon request). By the end of the day, you will be returned to the hotel in Amman where you will spend the night.
Amman - City tour of Amman - Amman overnight
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Amman; the old and new capital of Jordan. You will discover this incredible city, starting your visit by the Citadel and the Omayyad Palace before proceeding to the archeological museum, the Roman amphitheater, and the folklore museum. The city tour continues by a visit to the old city of Amman (Downtown). Walk in the down street and have the experience to taste the Arabic sweet (Kunafeh) and do shopping, then; proceed to Al Lweibdeh street, for Arts lovers, they would like to visit Darat Al Funun also you will visit Paris Circle (Optional), you may would like to have a lunch at Najla Café or you would like to experience a class of Arabic cooking at Beit Sitti and have lunch there (Optional). At evening; you will have a time to walk at Rainbow street through Souk Jara, and maybe you would like to taste the Falafel, visit the book shop & Jordan River designs and Bain Hamida (Two local crafts galleries), after the wonderful tour, you will have a time for yourself to have a quiet evening at a café either for a dinner or shisha. Later; our guide will drop you off at your hotel in Amman for overnight.
Amman - Departure from the Queen Alia International Airport
After enjoying your breakfast, our representative will accompany you to international airport of Amman and will assist you through the last administrative formalities for your final departure.
